Forms of Payment

Currently we can only accept payments through Paypal ( www.paypal.com ).  Paypal offers the most economical, by far, transaction service for a small businesses such as Windy Hill Designs.  Paypal provides a secure payment service and very high security and privacy for you the buyer.  The only information Paypal reports to us about you is your name, email address, shipping address, and payment method.  Of course what you've purchased must be recorded.  This website and Windy Hill Designs have no access whatsoever to your credit card information!

Paypal no longer requires a credit customer like yourself to sign up.  You may simply pay through the Paypal service and not join Paypal

Shipping

At this time we are only shipping to the continental US and shipping is included in the quoted price.  At this time all shipping will be via United State Postal Service.

Postal Mail Order

If you would like to send a check along with a list of the items you are interested in please feel free to do so.  Please remember in many cases the pillows are one of a kind and may not be available by the time we receive your request.  We will attempt to fill as much of your request as possible.  Please address your mail to Carol Matheson, RR 1 Box 98 AA, Springville, PA.  Please note that this is not a Post Office box but simply a mail box on a rural mail route in the Springville area.

Customer Service

Currently we can only support email requests to Carol at WindyHillDesigns.com.  Please replace the word at with the "@" sign.  We're sorry we are not providing mailto: links to avoid automated address collection by the infamous spammers.  If you would like to return an item please contact us by email so we may provide you with a return number for the items you wish to return.  Please return all items to us in original condition with postage prepaid.  Please let us know why you were dissatisfied, and please include your order number, date, name, and address so we may properly credit your account.
